We will quote within 24 hours in working day. The prices change depending on the product specifications you selected (paper, size, color, quantity, etc.).

 

 

Q2.Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Yes, you can still change your order if you haven’t approved your PDF proof yet. We can no longer make changes to the file, artwork, quantity, and other product options once your print job is sent to press.

 

 

Q3.Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if production has not yet started. Please note that other applicable fees (for example, certification or requested samples) are non-refundable

However, cancellation is no longer possible if:

Your order is already sent to production.

Your order has been completed

The order is already packaged.

The order is en route to you.

Q4.Can I change my shipping address?

Free File Review

 

 

 

Q1.What is a Proof?

A proof allows you to see a print-ready version of your file before we print it. It shows any technical issues in your design and includes recommendations from our prepress team on how to make your artwork file ready for printing.

 

 

Q2.What file formats do you accept?

We accept print-ready files in the following formats: AI, CDR,TIF, JPEG, PS,PDF

Print-ready files are accepted in the following formats:

Q3.What image resolution should I use for images?

The ideal resolution of the image is 300 dpi or more

 

 

Q4.Do I have to pay for file review?

The file review is a free service that we offer to all customers. The only time that you need to pay is when you have approved the PDF proof for printing, and you’re all set for checkout.

 

 

Q5.Do you offer hard copy proofs?

Yes, we also offer hard copy proofs, which we recommend if your artwork is color critical. You can request this proof after placing your order.

Please note that hard copy proofs may be printed on a different substrate than the one you ordered. Colors in the printed project may differ depending on the finish you select (e.g., gloss, matte, or UV). We do not offer hard copy proofs for artwork that will be printed on uncoated paper.

 

 

Q6.What’s included in a Free File Review?

All documents are checked manually and by computer for any errors in printing. Our prepress team checks for technical issues like artwork size, resolution, bleed/safe area, etc. (The text content of the artwork is not included in the inspection.)

Q7. How do I set up my files?

 

 

 Size & Bleed

Files need to be built to the final trim size plus 3 mm bleed on each side. Therefore, if you are ordering a 140 x 210 mm brochure, the graphic file's size should 146 x 216 mm. When generating the file into the proper format, do not use any crop or printer's marks as these will increase the dimensions of the design file.
  Image Resolution   For best printing results, we recommend files to have a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Submitting files with resolution lower than 300 dpi may result in the print turning out pixelated or blurry.
 Color Mode     All full color artwork and/or images must be saved in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color mode. While black and white artwork and/or images must be in grayscale color mode.
 Files submitted in RGB or Pantone color mode will be converted automatically to CMYK. Converting these to CMYK would cause a shift since they are not of the same color spectrum.
 Safety Zone    Do not place any critical images or text beyond the safety zone, which should be at least 1/8" within the final trim size. This will ensure that they are well within the finished piece when it is trimmed.
 Font & Lines    When creating files on vector based software such a illustrator, inDesign, or Freehand, all text must be converted to outlines before generating the final PDF file. If working out of Photoshop, simply flatten the image. Do not use fonts smaller than 8 pts. Note that small or very narrow fonts may not render well on print against dark backgrounds.
Keep all lines at least .25 pts thick. While thinner lines may be visible on screen, they may not show on print.
Artwork with Borders   When trimmed, the border should be 6 mm thick. Therefore, it should be set up to be 9 mm from the bleed line. There is a cutting tolerance of 3mm which may cause uneven borders. We do not recommend borders. However, if they are necessary in your artwork, keep the minimum border thickness to make it possible for us to cut as evenly as possible. We do not guarantee perfect trimming.

 

 

 

 

Print Quality

 

 

 

 

Q1.Will the colors in the printed design look the same as the ones in my artwork?

We do our best to give our customers the best color match for their artwork. However, getting the exact color match is not always possible. The texture, finish, and type of material used for the project could affect the colors on the final printed product.

 

 

Q2.Should I use CMYK for my artwork?

We recommend using CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key or Black) for printed projects. This ensures that you will get the right colors in the final printed product. 

 

 

Q3Can you change my RGB file to CMYK?

Sure, we can. However, the switch can make the colors different in the final print. But don’t worry: We will send you a PDF proof of your file before we print it. This way, you can see how your project will look like before we begin printing.

 

 

Q4How do I make the quality of my image better?

Some images appear blurry when printed. This is caused by low image resolution, which makes the artwork look pixelated. To fix this, use an image with at least 300 dpi.
